Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Location: Clark, Pampanga, Cebu, Tarlac, Mandaluyong City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Mon-Fri)

Work Arrangement: WFH

ABOUT THE ROLE:

-Success in this role requires a thorough understanding of startups & accounting, excellent execution skills, and strong project management skills.

-You will be the point person for the clients you manage through the onboarding process and work closely with a cross-functional team of experienced accounting professionals to ensure all client needs are successfully met.

-The Onboarding Specialist is proficient at navigating complex communications and facilitating smooth operations!

ABOUT YOU:

Experience (at least 2 years or more) in Onboarding new clients into the business

Bachelor's or associate degree

Experience working at or with accelerated startups

Experience working in the Financial Tech Services industry (i.e. Corporate Taxes, Cloud Accounting, Controller & CFO Services, Fintech, Financial Audits, Financial Planning & Projections, Advisory Consulting, etc.)

Ability to motivate, guide, and lead a virtual team toward successful outcomes.

Tech Savy — must have experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier and cloud infrastructures. We use our very own Fondo App, plus G-Suite, Airtable, Slack, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, ProConnect, and a variety of other cloud-based software systems!

Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
